Amanda N. Bodine graduated from California Western School of Law, cum laude, in 2004, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree. Prior to law school, Ms. Bodine completed her undergraduate work at The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, and in 2001 earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance.
Ms. Bodine has been with the firm since 2005. Prior to joining Larrabee | Mehlman | Albi | Coker LLP, she was an associate attorney with a boutique law firm specializing in the representation of Community Associations. While pursuing her law degree, Ms. Bodine was a certified legal intern for the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office, as well as an intern for the San Diego Superior Court.
As an associate attorney at Larrabee | Mehlman | Albi | Coker LLP, Ms. Bodine specializes in immigration matters for corporate clients. She is responsible for client management, including nonimmigrant matters such as H-1B, TN, E, H-3, B, L-1, O and P visa classifications, as well as employment-based immigrant petitions, such as labor certifications, multinational executives/managers, extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers, and national interest waiver petitions. Ms. Bodine is also responsible for family-based immigration matters and naturalization..
Ms. Bodine is a member of the California State Bar, the San Diego County Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
